A. A. Cold air layer above a warm layer of air. The cold air creates a boundary layer trapping the rising warm air. The rising warm air contains the smog and cant rise past the confining cold air that is trying to sink.

Q. Do posh localities have more attractive people living them. Or do they just appear attractive because of better grooming/clothes.

A. Confidence glows, it's a matter of facial tension. Besides it's a lot harder to remember someones face if they were smiling when you saw them, you'll just remember the fact that they were smiling and match their attractiveness to their situation.

A. Because the brain works off electrical impulses I suspect it is easily impacted by external sources of electricity such as magnetic deposits of metals in the ground, electricity in power lines, magnetic forces of any sort, as well as unstable elements in ground and solar radiation. Another factor may well be time. The more time we have to sit and dwell upon ourselves the more problems we would be likely to discover. Of less likely impact could be training. We live in a culture where everyone is encouraged to cry their life away about any real or imagined wrong ever done us in our childhood.

how can we act on the levels of locality and individuals to remove the problem of child labour in India?
Q. Please think before giving the answer. Please focus on why the child labour is prevalant in India. Please consider while answering the problems of parents of those children, the problems of the people who use these children as labourers, what can be done to improve the situation on both the sides.
Asked by Ann S - Thu Mar 20 10:43:25 2008 - Community Service - 5 Answers - Comments
A. I have to agree with the others and say that the root of this is poverty. Children work because their families need the money. I'm sure no one is sending children to work while the adults lay idle, so we need to look at why with, most likely at least two adults in the family working, they still don't have enough to support their family. That would be their wages and the cost of necessities like food, clothes and lodging. So wages need to go up and costs need to go down. A simplestic answer to be sure, but many times it helps to cut out all of the big words and go to the very simplist point, then work your way from there.

A. in a rolling hilly landscape the layers in different localities will contain the same strata. however, the low areas will delve to lower, older layers. by following the hills to the next exposed area, the same occurrence of rock will appear. thus you can follow the pattern, and infer the sequence of deposition(oldest on bottom)
